What every plan includes
The plan changes how much the agent can do for you, never what it is. Every tier ships the job tracker, one master resume with as many tailored versions as you care to keep, and ATS-ready PDF export. Paid plans add the credit pool that decides how many tailor cycles you can run, and the extras that come with them. There is no feature gate on the core loop: paste a job post, get a resume rewritten for it, file the application. All paid plans carry the 30-day money-back window.
How AI credits work
A credit is spent per tailor cycle, not per page and not per file. One cycle rewrites your resume for one job post and bundles the PDF; the cover letter, outreach draft and interview prep you select in that same run are included in it. If you want one of those extras afterwards, on a resume you already tailored, it costs half a credit.
Credits refill monthly against your plan's cap and roll over, so a quiet month is not lost work. Verifying your email adds three credits once. If a cycle fails to start, its credit is refunded automatically.

Pricing questions
What counts as one AI credit?
One credit is one complete tailor cycle: you paste a job description and the agent rewrites your master resume for that post, bundles the ATS-ready PDF, and records the application in your tracker. Any extras you tick in the same run — cover letter, outreach draft, interview prep — come along inside that one credit, not as separate charges. After a cycle finishes you can still add an extra on its own for half a credit.
What happens to my credits if they go unused?
Your monthly credits refill on your billing anniversary, up to the cap on your plan, and unused credits simply roll into the next window rather than expiring mid-search. Verifying your email adds three credits once, as a permanent balance, so you can try a paid cycle before deciding to stay. A tailor run that fails to start refunds its credit automatically — you are never charged for a cycle that did not run.
Do I pick which AI model writes my resume?
No, and that is deliberate. Every run goes through our own managed AI layer, which routes each job post to a model that fits it and keeps your resume text inside one provider boundary. You get the same tuned models on the free plan as on the paid ones; there is no cheaper tier of output to opt into, and no provider key for you to supply or leak.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
Any time, from the billing page, without talking to anyone. Upgrades apply immediately and the higher monthly credit pool lands in the same window; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you never lose credits you paid for. The job tracker, your master resume and every tailored version stay in your account either way — the plan changes what the AI can do, not what you have already made.
What is the refund policy?
Thirty days, money back, on every paid plan. If Tailorline did not land you a single interview in the first month, tell us and we refund the period — no forms, no retention call, no conditions about how many cycles you ran. The free plan needs no refund process at all, and your data stays exportable or deletable from your profile whenever you want it gone.
