  • Name: Ahmad Mekkawi
  • Mailing address: Mansoura 35799, Dakahlia, Egypt
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Telephone: available on request; write to the email address above.

We will respond to complete notices and counter-notifications and take action as required by the DMCA.

03Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice that includes the following:

  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • a link or other description of the material you claim is infringing and where we can find it on the Service;
  • your contact information, including a real name and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

If you misrepresent that material is infringing, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. We may share your notice with the user who posted the material in question.

04Filing a Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed as a result of a takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notice that includes:

  • identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or the district in which we are located);
  • an agreement to accept service of process from the party who filed the notice; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Upon a valid counter-notice we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order against you.

05Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers where appropriate and as required by law.
